SERVICE DELIVERY/CONSULTING
In order to deliver our services Global Invest Her needs to process the following categories of personal data: Contact name(s), emails address(es), phone number, company postal & billing address, contact details of third parties where they are stakeholders in the project.

ONLINE TRAINING & SEMINARS
We provide online training (courses, bundles) and seminars (webinars) (and in some cases in person), as well as a mentoring program and a membership site. This requires some or all of the following categories of personal data (depending on the delivery method): Contact name(s), emails address(es), phone number, linkedin public profile (excluding your list of contacts) company postal & billing address, attendee names and email addresses in some cases.

FORMS ON OUR WEBSITES
We collect personal information relating to you when you contact us through the contact forms, sign up forms, feedback forms or newsletter sign up forms on this website and websites using our subdomains such as courses.globalinvesther.com investheracademy@globalinvesther.com bundles.globalinvesther.com, webinars.globalinvesther.com. We also collect your contact and other information for our mentoring program through our third party provider Everwise (see privacy policy here) at globalinvesther.geteverwise.com. This information may include your name, email address, public linked in profile information (excluding your contacts) as well as the city, country you are based in. We process this data for the purposes of being able to communicate with you, learn where you located give you access to the webinars, online courses, mentoring, membership programs you signed up for and allow you the option to provide us feedback about said products/services and better learn about you to better serve you.

SOCIAL MEDIA POSTING OR MESSAGING
Sometimes you may communicate with us through text messages, social media messaging, or social media postings that you send us. We process the information you share to be able to communicate with you, learn more about what products and services you want and allow us to create them for you. We may also share some of your public comments or feedback you share in our feedback forms about your experience of our products/services in our own marketing materials.

CUSTOMER, FINANCE & ACCOUNTING DATA
This includes data relating to any purchases of goods and/or services such as your name, title, billing address, delivery address email address, phone number, contact details, purchase details and your card details. We process this data to supply the goods and/or services you have purchased and to keep records of such transactions. Your credit card data and final payment is processed by our secured payments partner Stripe. You can read their privacy policy here.
We collect financial data required to comply with French and Irish Tax law such as VAT numbers, Social Security/PPS numbers, account details for the purpose of paying and sending invoices.
Lawful basis relied upon: The processing is necessary for the performance of a contract, between you and us and/or taking steps at your request to enter into such a contract.
USER & TECHNICAL DATA/ HOW YOU USE OUR WEBSITE AND WEB APPLICATION
We track data about your use of our website, web application and online services such as your IP address, your login data, details about your browser, length of visit to pages on our website, page views and navigation paths, details about the number of times you use our website, time zone settings and other technology on the devices you use to access our website. The source of this data is from our google analytics tracking system or from other third party provides such as Intercom (see privacy policy) or ActiveCampaign (see privacy policy). We process this data to analyse your use of our website and other online services, to administer and protect our business and website, to deliver relevant website content and advertisements to you and to understand the effectiveness of our advertising.
We may also use aggregate information and statistics for the purposes of monitoring website usage in order to help us develop the website and our services and may provide such aggregate information to third parties. These statistics will not include information that can be used to identify any individual.

YOUR COMMUNICATION PREFERENCES

We process this data to enable you to partake in our promotions such as competitions, prize draws and free giveaways, to deliver relevant website content and advertisements to you and measure or understand the effectiveness of this advertising.
We use a third party provider, ActiveCampaign, to deliver our newsletter and email messages. As a part of Active Campaigns ’s services it gathers statistics around email opening and clicks using industry-standard technologies. If you no longer wish to receive marketing emails or newsletters from us, you have the right to ask us to stop processing your personal data for direct marketing purposes. Just send an email to info@globalinvesther.com with ‘UNSUBSCRIBE’ in the subject line or just click the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of all marketing emails you receive from us.
Lawful basis relied upon: The processing is necessary for the performance of legitimate interest, to study how customers use our products/services, to develop them, to grow our business and to decide our marketing strategy.
MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS
We may use Customer Data, User & Technical Data, and Marketing Data to deliver relevant website content and advertisements to you (including Facebook adverts or other display advertisements) and to measure or understand the effectiveness of the advertising we serve you.

Some of the questions we ask may provide us with sensitive data about you (eg which sources of funding you have already used, financial amounts...). We will also collect sensitive data from you if you join our membership program or mentoring program.

Where we are required to collect personal data by law, or under the terms of the contract between us and you do not provide us with that data when requested, we may not be able to perform the contract (for example, to deliver goods or services to you).
